This food is AMAZING!! I truly love these types of bowls this food is sorta like chipotle but instead it is Mediterranean. I came here with my family when we were on the way to the airport to fly back to Seattle (our home) and we just HAD to stop here because everyone has been saying such good things about this place so we got our bowls (which were amazing btw) but the workers were making our bowls like they were in some sort of rush even though nobody was in line behind us? Overall this food is spectacular but the service not so much if they open cava in Seattle I will definitely try it! Totally recommend if you are a foodie ๐!

Drove here to get food and they were throwing all their food away at 10pm. A maintenance worker, myself, and another car with a man and his wife showed up and we had to tell them about them throwing away all the food early. Drove 20 minutes for improper store hours (or incompetence on staff end, I will be reporting this to corporate) When I took a picture of the door and of them throwing food away, they all laughed at me and my girlfriend while we were in the parking lot. Then proceeded to close the door/window blinds so I couldnโt take any more picture proof of them wasting it all.

Food was delicious and very good service. Dining area and kitchen could've been a lot cleaner, but we visited toward the end of what may have been a busy dinner crowd, so maybe what we saw was not normal for this location. Will try again next time we are in the area.

1 star. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences Iโve had at Cava. They were extremely skimpy with everythingโCrazy Feta cucumber, sumac slaw, romaine, pickled onions, tomato + onionโฆ Iโm not exaggerating when I say there were maybe 2 pieces of each. It felt like I was paying full price for scraps. On top of that, the bowl looked like a complete mess and somehow tasted even worse. Nothing was fresh or put together well it just felt sloppy and rushed. Iโve been to several Cava locations before, so I know what itโs supposed to be like, and this location doesnโt even come close. For the price you pay, this is honestly unacceptable. Would not recommend this location at all.

Food Quality and Service Did Not Meet Expectations: ๐๐ป Iโm honestly very upset about my experience here.โน๏ธ My friend placed an online pickup order for me, and when I arrived, the order was readyโbut thatโs about the only thing that went right. Iโve eaten CAVA many times and always enjoyed it, which is why this visit was so frustrating and disappointing. I asked for DOUBLE pita chips with my veggie falafel bowl. What I got did not look fresh at all. The chips were overly burned, tasted old, and had a bad oily smell. This is not what CAVA is supposed to be. On top of that, the pickled onions I ordered were missing, and there was no tzatziki added at all. None of the toppings I specifically requested were included. I also ordered half sweet potatoes and half falafel. Instead, I received only one falafel, and the sweet potatoes were undercooked, hard, and clearly not prepared properly. If I order half and half, I expect half and halfโnot whatever was thrown in the bowl. I requested extra Greek Skhug and extra garlic dressing. The containers I received were tiny and only half filled. When I politely asked for another one, I was told no. Other locations have never made an issue abo
